Refund and Return Policy 

All deposits are non-refundable. This is because you are literally buying a portion of our herd and deposits are used in planning for  buying and raising your cattle for you. That being said, deposits can be transferred to another person. You may find someone to take over your cow share.

Once you receive your order we have a 100% money back guarantee which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and/or 100% exchange for different product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@downsranch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you picked it up we can arrange a meetup to obtain the returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellations

Your deposit is non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to take delivery of your order due to unpredictable circumstances we recommend that you find a friend or family member who will assume responsibility for  your order. We can easily ship to another address and change ownership of your original deposit order. Don't hesitate to reach out to us in the event of such a situation. Shipping Policy 

Downs Ranch ships out Mondays and Tuesdays with usually a 1 to 3 day transit time. As soon we make the label, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep eyes on it. 

We work hard to ensure all our packages arrive frozen by using the best insulation materials and dry ice and/or the best ice packs. However, if any product were to arrive completely thawed out or in poor condition please contact us at info@downsranch.com. Attach photos of compromised product and we will replace your order immediately. Please note, that if the package is frozen, except for a minor area that has begun to thaw or soften, it is still perfectly usable product and can be placed in the freezer or thawed out entirely in the fridge.
