• Bratwursts (20 lbs included) $15 extra for every additional 5lbs ordered

• Smoking/Curing available if you choose to smoke hams

**Fat/Leaf Lard  available upon request if you'd like to render your own lard for a healthier alternative to frying in seed oils!

Your final balance is due when all processing is done and we have the final weight. 

How much meat  will I get?  You should receive about 140-200 pounds depending on the  size of the pig.
